Reservation

After your confirmation email of the booking of the desired period, we will send you the rental agreement. It contains all the conditions and details for the payment of the advance and the balance.

The deposit of € 250 is paid upon reservation.
The balance is paid at least 7 days before arrival by bank transfer or cash at check-in.

Final cleaning

The final cleaning is the major cleaning of the holiday home. This is on top of what you do as standard to leave your stay tidy when you leave. We do the final cleaning and it is included in the rental price.

This includes:

  • Kitchen: tiles, cupboard doors, refrigerator and other appliances
  • Furniture and utensils: dust removal and drying
  • Toilets: toilet bowl, tiles, door, sink and faucet Bathroom: toilet, shower head and thermostat, faucets, bath, shower cubicle, sink, mirror and tiles
  • Floors: vacuuming and mopping all areas in the residence
  • Doors and windows: cleaning and drying
  • Terrace: cleaning furniture and removing weeds
  • Washing & ironing (if applicable) of linen such as bed linen and towels as well as providing new, fresh linen

This final cleaning does not include:
washing up (dishes), cleaning oven & stove. 

This is always done by the tenant. The dishes must be neatly stored in the cupboards and drawers provided upon departure.

In case of cancellation

Longer than 60 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit of € 250 will be fully refunded. Less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit remains valid for a new reservation
